Do you know Him?

Allow me to introduce to you my very best and most precious Friend.

His name is Jesus †

There are not many who desire to draw terribly close to Him, for in drawing terrible close, ones heart matters are discussed and sifted.

It's not done to embarrass, shame or condemn, but so that we may be found In Him.

Does that help you to understand why its important to not just know Him simply as 'church' , ' religion' , 'denomination', 'sect' , or just some person of the trinity that may or may not have died & rose again?

Does it seem acceptable to you that in all religions 'God' or 'the god's' requires something of us? And that in Christianity, the same can be said?

It's true :)

He does ~ The one God of Christian Faith †

He requires us to accept the fact that there is absolutely nothing we can do to become acceptable in His sight to earn our way to eternal life. He requires us to accept the real truth that Jesus was in fact born of a virgin, lived his life & died as prophesied. He did indeed rise from the dead on the 3rd day, to the glory of eye-witnesses who documented it. He sits now at the right hand of the Father of Light, where He ever lives to make intercession for us all.

And there is one final thing He requires which makes it a whole lot easier for Him to come into fellowship with you...........its in fact the reason a lot of people 'don't get it'....

Hebrews 11:6 explains to us this :

"But without faith it is impossible to please Him (meaning God), for he that comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."
